Very disappointed. I had booked a Juniour Suite in Castle which was supposed to be 840 sq anxiety. I was given a Junior Room in Castle. I had to literally fight and spend few hours with different staff perspnals to become the suite. Get-go dark we had to stay in the room. 2nd day around 3pm is when we got the room he had paid for. Very disappointed
